EDIT:
This one was purchased from the canadien army's emergency squad up north in norway in 2006, and was sent down south with train to a buyer not far away from me. And has been sitting there until I bought it.
Been looking for one of these old us army trucks for a long time that even I can afford, so when I got a deal on this for only $468 I went for it.

This is more difficult and hard to find then a M35, which makes it more valuable for the historic military vehicles collectors. Even in the states and Canada, I understand?

Planning to strip it for some old paint, and repaint it olivengreen.
I belive it will look alot nicer in one collor.

BTW: It's a 1952 model

Date of delivery: 02.13.1952.
Planning on get it licensed: 02.13.2012, First time licenced in Norway 60 years after delivery date :wink
That would be awesome!

The last update before it sits on hold for the spring.

I even got a hold on a spear wheel for it, but have not got any pics of it on the truck yet.

And I just have to wait until spring to continue the restoration, since I dont have a indoor place to work on this.

Great find buddy.

And I don't think the price was too bad, lol!!!
Some of our trucks we buy cost more.
I have an uncle that has a 2.5 ton US Army
truck sitting in a pole barn for as long as I
can remember.

Have fun and run with it, Big John
